Sewing the Hood
You need:
Step 1
Trace Latter Stitch Marking a onto the front of all Inner A to E pieces. This is where the Hood will be attached to the Head later.
Step 2
Carefully cut down the seam allowance of the upper Dart | of the Hood BCD piece to 1mm.
Step 3
Close up all the Darts | on the Hood BCD piece.
Step 4
Trace Latter Stitch Marking b onto the front of the Hood A piece. This is where the head spike will be attached later. Close up the Dart | as well.
Step 5
Sew together Hood A and Hood BCD along Seam HH1.
Step 6
Sew together both halves of the Hood along the Mirror Seam ||. Try to line up the Latter Stitch Markings nicely.
Step 7
Attach the Hood E piece to the rest of the Hood along Seams HH2.
Step 8
Line up te Inner A to E pieces with the Hood. Make sure all pieces without a dot are on one side, and the mirrored pieces marked with a dot are on the other side. Attach Inner A along Seams HI1 and Seams HI2, Inner B along Seams HI3 and Seams HI4 and so on. The markers on the Inner pieces line up with the corresponding darts on the Hood pieces.
Step 9
Close up the remaining Seams X1 and Seams X2 which make spike B slightly overlap the neigboring spikes. Close up the Seams I between Inner D and E, too.
Step 10
Trim seam allowance as desired.
